Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we can only accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
